Volunteer
Division One runs entirely on volunteer effort from players and friends of the league. If you're interested in helping out, we'd love to hear from you. Volunteers do not have to be active ballplayers.
Umpiring
Our umpires are the backbone of fair, well-run games. Whether you're an experienced umpire or just want to learn, we provide guidance, a rules forum, and a certification process to get you ready. New umpires typically start by working games with a veteran partner.

Scoring
Scorekeepers track every at-bat, run, and pitching line for every D1 game — the source of all our statistics. It's a great way to stay close to the game if you can't (or don't want to) play every week. Training is provided and we have a well-established process.
